1. Look at the random documents. The random documents of each electric fan include instruction manual, product certificate, electrical circuit diagram and packing list. When purchasing, check the quantity and quality of parts according to the packing list.

2. Look at whether the net cover and fan blades are obviously deformed: On the assembled electric fan net cover, point a pen to the highest point of one fan blade and slowly move the fan blade. The distance between the corresponding points of the other fan blades and the pen tip should be very close. Then turn the fan blade and observe whether the rotation is brisk and flexible, and you can stop at any position.

3. See whether the control mechanism is flexible: the control mechanism includes speed control switch, timing knob, shaking head switch, lighting switch, etc. These control mechanisms should be flexible in operation and reliable in contact. For speed regulating gears, it is not allowed that two gears are turned on at the same time or one gear cannot be pressed down. Press the stop key, and each gear key shall be reset normally.

4. Look at the performance of the movable part: the head of the electric fan can run flexibly at all angles, lock firmly, adjust to the maximum depression angle or shake head to the final position, and the net cover shall not collide with the fan pillar. When the fan is running, the stability is good, it cannot be dumped, and the shaking angle should not be less than 60-80 degrees.

5, look at the start-up performance: the start-up performance is an important quality index of the electric fan. During the inspection, it should be adjusted to the breeze gear, and when the rated voltage of the power supply is 85%, the electric fan should be started when the voltage of 220 volts is reduced to 187 volts with a voltage regulator. The electric fan should be able to start from rest and operate normally. The shorter the time required for an electric fan from start to normal operation, the better the starting performance of the fan motor.

6. Look at the operation and speed regulation performance: After power on, turn the head switch back and forth several times to check whether it fails or the assembly is too tight. In this process, there should be no abnormal noise in the mechanical transmission part of the fan. When the electric fan is running in micro, medium and strong wind, the motor and fan blades should be stable, small vibration and low noise. Fan shake head, stop should be agile, no intermittent, stagnation and jitter phenomenon, the speed difference of each gear should be obvious, the larger the air supply angle, the better. When the fan stops, the axial clearance of the rotating shaft does not exceed 0.5cm. If the clearance is too large, it will cause axial movement and impact sound during operation.

7. See if there is leakage: After the electric fan is powered on, if there is strong hemp inductance when touched by the hand, use the test pen to test, and the test pen will also emit light to display, which can determine the leakage of the shell and is not optional.
